How online sessions work
After you reach out, we’ll match you with one of our New Jersey-licensed clinicians and schedule an initial evaluation — a thorough first session where your counselor learns your history and goals and builds a plan with you. Ongoing sessions are 30, 45, or 55 minutes by secure video; you just need a private space and an internet connection.
New Jersey clients especially appreciate telehealth for the obvious reason: traffic. No Parkway, no Turnpike, no finding parking — your session starts when you click the link. Evening-friendly scheduling makes it workable around commutes and family life.
Fees are identical to our in-person rates, with no telehealth surcharge: $175 for the initial evaluation, then $145, $125, or $100 depending on session length.
